A320 #3

A320 #3 EU-A0125 was successfully EASA level D qualified today. Thai CAAT qualification is scheduled for next week.

Updated EASA qualification certificates for all versions of ATR FSTDs reflecting their latest updates (TCAS 7.1, FMS Std 2.1 etc) have now been uploaded onto the website.

Scent Cueing – A world’s 1st?

Building 7

We break ground for Building 7 on 6th January 2016 when the piling activities will commence. Building 7 is scheduled for completion by 1st May 2016 with the ATR 72-600 #2 and A320 #3 FFSs currently scheduled to arrive on 16th May 2016.

ATR 72-600 FFS #2

A donor aircraft (OM-VRD MSN177) has been acquired and the cockpit removed for refurbishment in the UK in preparation for its new life as an ATR 72-600 FFS. Please see our gallery for photographs of its progress. This FFS will be installed in Bangkok commencing May 2016.

ATR ‘Classic’ Bounced Landing

The Bounced Landing training capability enhancement has now been incorporated onto the ATR ‘Classic’ FSTDs and is available for training use.


AATC was founded 19 years ago today on 19th August 1996 when an Agreement was signed between Thomson CSF (Thailand), Thomson Training & Simulation SA and Avions De Transport Regional. .
